Using the platform

TradeStack Events helps organizers create events, manage ticket sales, and coordinate attendees. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate account and event information and to use the service lawfully.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for their event details, ticket terms, guest communications, and honoring the policies shown to attendees. Events may be reviewed before they are published or enabled for ticket sales.

Payments and refunds

Ticket prices, applicable fees, refund terms, and cancellation policies should be clearly presented to guests before purchase. Payments and payouts are subject to applicable payment-provider terms.
